Dru Shoemaker Director of Client Appreciation
Dru Shoemaker efficiently manages each transaction and assists the clients in meeting all contractual deadlines. She implements and facilitates the marketing strategies, property showings, inspections, financing, and the actual closing of the purchase. She also provides quality control management of all documents in order to maintain strict compliance with state and local regulations. Dru stays in direct contact with the clients by keeping them abreast of all critical stages of the transaction. She is also in constant contact with area businesses and delivers an excellent transaction team for the clients. Dru is also the team coordinator and marketing specialist for the Fuller Team. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 1991. She is responsible for all marketing aspects of homes listed for sale including preparation of advertisements, taking photos, preparing virtual tours, coordinatiing open houses, obtaining feedback on showings, preparing marketing statistics for clients, preparation of online marketing materials and more.
