The quickest and easiest way to find the right home for you is to form a partnership with a good agent. A good real estate agent should be able to interview you to determine your needs and match those needs to the homes available. The agent should be able produce a report showing all homes that qualify. A good agent will also make sure your time is not wasted looking at homes that don't meet your requirements for pricing or schools. This is a partnership. Your role is to keep your eyes open for homes that interest you. If you see one, jot down the address and phone number and give this information to your agent to research.
